With reporting from so many platforms it’s hard to know what it all means and what to do with the information. Wunderlist is an amazing to-do list that allows for groups to work together and be assigned different tasks. With a single view dashboard the team member has a line of sight to all tasks that they need to complete.
Google tools such as Google Apps for Business and Google Drive are staples in the Bii playbook. We use Google Ad Words for search engine marketing (SEM).
Salon Booker is our customized booking portal. It generates thank you notes at transaction close, birthday wishes, appointment creation and cancellation, appointment reminders, no shows and email receipts as we are a paperless company.
