Service Guarantee / Product Returns

At Bii we want you to love your new look. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with the service you received, we’ll do whatever it takes until you’re happy with what you see in the mirror. Our unconditional happiness guarantee. All retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for in salon credit only. Electrical tools may be returned unused and in original packaging within 15 days of purchase.

Appointments and Cancellations

We value your time as much as we do ours. All cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow for another guest to fill that timeslot. We request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled services fee. Group bookings and bridal parties require a credit card to make reservations. Any group booking must be canceled within 48 hours of the appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours for group bookings will be charged 50% of appointment total. Appointments for new guests that are scheduled to last more than 3 hours may require a 50% deposit to hold your appointment.  Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment time will receive a full refund.

Salon Series

Promotional salon series are non refundable and expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.  Series are eligible to be redeemed for the level of hair artist purchased for. Series are purchased for a level of hair artist and not an individual hair artist.  Should the hair artist advance to the next level of services your series will still be eligible to be redeemed for services with that hair artist.  Series are only eligible to be redeemed for the salon account of the person that made the purchase.

Salon Etiquette

It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for adequate time for appointment check-in and getting settled before your salon experience. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. All efforts will be made to assist with having services performed the same day. In some cases in order to accommodate same day rescheduling you may need to book with a different stylist. Whenever possible please call the salon to let us know you are running late. If experiencing services in the same day as a friend or a family member please be respectful to their experience as well as the experience of other guest. When waiting for others to have services completed we request that you wait in the reception area. Children are welcome at the salon Wednesdays and Thursdays with select stylists. To assist in creating the best experience for all guest please only bring your child when they are receiving services.

Holding A Card On File


For all Guests including existing guests we will be holding a card on file and  there will be no charge at time of booking. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less then 48 hours before scheduled appointment time may be charged 50% of the service price.


We value your time as much as we do ours. Based on the length of the service we do require a credit card on file.


All our card information is secure privately via our credit card processing company no one can see or access that information. Our system only allows us to see the last four numbers of the card, name on the card and the expiration date.
