Each Rising Talent Artist holds a current cosmetology license and can legally work on your hair. The purpose of this program is to ground these stylists in the craft of hair design and hair color while also teaching them advanced techniques that will bring them to the high level of skill expected from Bii Hair Salon guests. Please be advised that these Hair Artists are continuing their learning and you are helping them refine their technical skills. Special pricing is available for the Rising Talent Hair Artist and is a starting price which may vary depending on hair condition, length and texture. Please ensure that you consult with your Rising Talent Hair Artist for pricing prior to the start of your service.
