Hair Artists at Bii Hair Salon are certified Pravana hair colorist and are the most highly trained individuals. The goals and aspirations of the team at Bii are supported through the Rising Talent Advanced Training program and ongoing continuing education. We partner with some of the best organizations in the industry and believe in building your network to achieve your dreams. Performance is evaluated through a monthly goals program and allows for continuous advancement that is limitless.

Hair Traffic Controller

The Hair Traffic Controller is one of the most important positions at Bii Hair Salon and is pivotal in all client interactions. From the first impression of the client to closing out their services, the Hair Traffic Controller is the start and end of the entire experience. Hair Traffic Controllers at Bii need to be well spoken, polished and fashion forward.

In addition to interacting with clients the Hair Traffic Controller is also responsible for smooth behind the scenes operations at the salon. No job should be too small for this individual.
